Richard Edward “Dick” Stewart, age 70, passed away on April 6, 2018 in Raleigh, NC. While he was a long-time Division I men’s college basketball coach, his life was more than just wins and losses. To his family, his zest for life, love, and laughter made him the winningest coach in history.

Norman E. Strain, 68, of Washington County, formerly of Upper St. Clair, died Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Deceased are his parents, David and Agnes Smith Strain. Surviving are two brothers, Ben (Peggy) Strain of Burgettstown and Ken (Sandy) Strain of Upper St. Clair, and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Strain was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. He served proudly as a second lieutenant with the U.S. Army.
