Norman E. Strain, 68, of Washington County, formerly of Upper St. Clair, died Tuesday, September 8, 2015.  Deceased are his parents, David and Agnes Smith Strain.  Surviving are two brothers, Ben (Peggy) Strain of Burgettstown and Ken (Sandy) Strain of Upper St. Clair, and many nieces and nephews.  Mr. Strain was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.  He served proudly as a second lieutenant with the U.S. Army.  Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Warchol Funeral Home Inc., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville, 412-221-3333, where a service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, September 14.  Interment and military honors will follow in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Cecil Township.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Washington County Health Center, 36 Old Hickory Ridge Road, Washington, PA  15301.  To view and add condolences, visit www.warcholfuneralhome.com.
