Diane Elaine Buttlar Meager, of Asheboro, NC, died Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2000, at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, Winston-Salem. She was a native of Pittsburgh, Pa., the widow of Charlie Meager and the gift shop manager at Randolph Hospital. Surviving are son, Terry Hoket of Somerset, Pa.; mother, Edith E. Buttlar of the home; brothers, William L. Buttlar of Hartsel, Colo., Glen A. Buttlar of Mahomet, Ill.; two grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
